We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and innovative strategies. This role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities to optimize our marketing efforts, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue beyond business-as-usual (BAU) activities. You will be a key player in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategies, integrated campaign management, and providing light-touch product marketing support. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Revenue Growth Initiatives:
Identify and analyze revenue growth opportunities beyond BAU activities, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supported by data-driven insights.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Leverage data from various sources (Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM, etc.) to analyze marketing performance and identify trends.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Tell compelling stories through data, translating complex information into clear and concise narratives.
Marketing Technology and Tracking:
Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
Implement and maintain tracking systems to monitor campaign performance and customer behavior.
Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies to enhance our capabilities.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Support:
Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and support GTM strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
Provide data-driven insights to inform GTM planning and execution.
Work with relevant teams to optimise customer segmentation.
Integrated Campaign Management:
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Work with the content and comms team to ensure data drives content creation.
Light-Touch Product Marketing:
Provide light-touch product marketing support, including market research, competitive analysis, and messaging development.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product features and benefits.
Google Suite and Data Tools:Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Suite, and Tableau is essential.
Utilize these tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in revenue marketing, strategic marketing, or marketing analytics with 5+ years experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Tableau.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Suite.
Experience in developing and implementing GTM strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing technology and tracking systems.
