As a Research Analyst at Iress, you'll be responsible for the collation, administration, and maintenance of data relating to the life insurance, investment, and superannuation platforms within the Australian and New Zealand financial markets.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in:

  • Collating, administering, and maintaining data on life insurance, investment, and superannuation products within the Australian and New Zealand financial markets.

  • Analyzing and comparing the features of various insurance/investment products to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Testing financial product solutions to ensure software functionality meets customer requirements and industry standards.

  • Responding to customer and vendor queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Working with cross-functional teams to implement product changes and updates in a timely manner.

  • Contributing to the ongoing success of the business through support of various other business priorities as directed by your line manager.

  • A strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in wealth management advice, insurance, and investment sectors.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • A passion for ensuring that software applications meet client requirements and drive operational efficiency.

  • High level of organizational and investigative skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong computer literacy skills and experience in software testing.

  • A disciplined approach to delivering quality service and the ability to construct thorough software testing scripts/procedures.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
