About the position
Mimecast is looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to be the next SMB Renewal Representative to join the Renewals Team in Melbourne!
A Renewal Representative is responsible for managing the renewal process for a particular segment of our customer base. You will engage with our channel and our customers directly to discuss the renewal of their Mimecast services, work with an assigned Mimecast Account Manager on potential for upselling and conversely with Customer Success in mitigating risk of non-renewal (downsell & churn).
You will follow the customer journey from when a customer initially onboards with Mimecast, proceeds through implementation, adoption and ultimately the renewal of their licenses.
This role reports directly to the Renewals Manager in Australia, and is integral to maintaining our company’s revenue and establishing long-customer relationships.
What You'll Do

Managing the renewal process for an assigned group of customers.

Salesforce Renewal Opportunity & Quote management and hygiene.

Work closely with Mimecast Account Managers & Customer Success Managers to ensure customers renew their Mimecast services.

Upsell seats/users and maintain price increases to maximise revenue.

Engage effectively with Distributors, Resellers & Customers on all renewal activities and requirements.

Forecast Risk (Downsell & Churn) and upside to help the company plan its business strategy.
