Job Description- Bring your passion for pubs and guests to our refurbishment and relaunch program
- Based in Melbourne or Sydney
As a Relaunch Operations Manager, you’ll be part of the team delivering our pub Refurbishment and Relaunch program, focusing on all elements of projects leading up to and including launch.
This role is responsible for operational delivery and coordination of our venue refurbishments and relaunches, partnering closely with relevant teams across ALH and broader Endeavour Group to further realise our purpose of creating pub experiences locals love.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Program manage the successful rollout and operational delivery of the Refurbishment and Relaunch program for ALH Hotels.
- Manage project launch coordination and facilitation incorporating all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to Operations teams and supporting corporate functions.
- Drive performance of key metrics for the portfolio which contributes to overall national performance.
- Work alongside the internal Project Managers, contributing to preparation, planning, coordination, launch and return on investment reviews of projects.
- Be the key point of contact and communication for the Refurbishment and Relaunch program for all internal & external stakeholders.
Now let’s talk about you:
- Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, gained through experience in the operating of pubs and leading multi-site hospitality operations.
- Track record of driving performance and commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and articulate a vision.
- Strategy execution, and project/program management experience.
- Innovative and creative mindset, adaptable and effective in complex and ambiguous environments.
- This role will require some intrastate and interstate travel .
