Your Team

CFS Distribution is a national team which is responsible for all sales across the Wealth Management market (Investment & Asset Consultants, 3rd Party Intermediaries, Licensees and Advisers). Products consist of the CFS Edge wrap platform, FirstChoice, Investments, and Corporate Super.

This opportunity is within the Platform Sales team which is a national team with representatives in all capital cities.  The team is responsible for identifying growth opportunities (organic through existing relationships across, or inorganic through new clients) through proactive sales of the Edge wrap platform or to existing supporters of FirstChoice and FirstWrap. As the RM, you will support a defined panel of financial advisers and licensees across both metropolitan and regional areas within your state. Based in a state capital city, you will be the primary relationship contact for your clients, delivering strategic advice and tailored support to drive engagement with CFS's platform solutions including Edge and FIrstChoice.


Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver proactive, data-driven account management and strategic support to your clients, identifying and converting new business opportunities while ensuring a seamless experience across the CFS Edge and FirstChoice platforms.
  • Providing technical training, coaching, and guidance on the CFS platforms to help advisers and their teams maximise its functionality within their practices. This includes delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, either one-on-one or in group settings. 
  • Support to manage the end-to-end transition of clients onto CFS platforms, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in driving sales activity by referring opportunities to relevant internal specialists and promoting the broader CFS product suite and represent CFS at adviser professional development days, dealer group conferences, and client seminars.
  • Your ability to deliver strategic, consultative support will be essential in strengthening relationships, increasing platform usage, and contributing to the overall growth of funds under management and revenue for CFS

Your Capability and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Financial Services with a sound background in Wealth Management (Investments & Superannuation) is highly regarded.

  • Strong sales and commercial mindset is key for this role  

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate without supervision on a proactive basis.

  • Understanding and appropriate application of quality sales methodologies in a regulated financial services market.

  • RG146 qualified, or committed to obtain this qualification within six months of commencement.

  • A valid Driver’s License and car is essential for this role.
