Melbourne | Hybrid (2 days in-office)

Join a global leader in legal and technology solutions, working with some of Australia’s most recognised corporate organisations. This is a high-impact relationship management role focused on growing and retaining an established portfolio—no cold hunting required.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially driven Relationship Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients across Banking, Mining, and Large Enterprise organisations (including major ASX brands).

This role is about deepening relationships, driving account growth, and positioning innovative solutions (including AI-enabled tools)—working closely with senior stakeholders including the C-suite.

You’ll inherit a warm, existing client base and be responsible for unlocking further value through strategic engagement and consultative selling.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate clients

· Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling solutions

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (including C-suite)

· Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to growth targets

· Lead customer conversations around product innovation, including AI and workflow tools

· Partner with clients to identify challenges and deliver tailored solutions

· Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle

· Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide client insights back to the business

About You

You’re a relationship-led, commercially savvy professional who thrives on growing existing accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who:

· Have experience managing B2B client portfolios (not pure new business)

· Bring strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills

· Are confident engaging at C-suite level

· Have worked in SaaS, technology, professional services, or adjacent industries

· Are commercially driven and motivated by revenue growth

· Have exposure to or interest in AI and emerging technologies

· Can navigate complex organisations and build long-term partnerships

· Degree qualified (Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing preferred) with relevant work experience – preferably the legal solutions market.

· Key/Strategic Account Management experience using solution and consultative selling approaches.

· Understanding of Australia’s legal system with Sound market knowledge ideally in legal /professional.

Legal experience is not essential—we’re open to candidates from diverse industries such as tech, HR software, consulting, or other enterprise solutions environments.
