About the role
Enterprise Growth is a newly established Business Division at Latitude Financial focused on accelerating the expansion of Latitude’s financial solutions into new market adjacencies and consumer spending verticals, such as Health & Wellness and Home Services which collectively represent ~$30bn of annual consumer spend per year in Australia and New Zealand.
Operating with a start-up mindset inside an established financial services company, the Enterprise Growth Division is designed to move fast, innovate, expand the existing partners network, and capture new growth opportunities which may include the designing of new financial products or new ways to increase partners’ share of wallet.

Lastly, get comfortable on the road, as the role will require regular business travel within Victoria and interstate (and at the start potentially even New Zealand) to visit partners HQs and their respective stores/clinics.
