About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in security to lead the growth and expansion of our Public Sector business in QLD. The role will be based in Brisbane and requires a proven track record in selling security solutions to mid-large Enterprise customers.
As a Regional Sales Manager at CrowdStrike, you will be responsible for prospecting and targeting strategic accounts, developing relationships with partners and resellers, and presenting security solutions to senior and C-level audiences. You will work closely with internal teams to build a successful pipeline, meet and exceed individual sales quotas, and drive business growth in the Public Sector.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and target strategic accounts to drive revenue growth
Develop strong relationships with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle
Present security solutions and discuss use cases to help customers solve their security challenges
Deliver account plans for your territory and maintain a prospect and customer list
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to strategize activities and build a successful pipeline
Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans
Network within client businesses and influence key decision makers at C-level
Act as a CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts
What You’ll Need:
Security Experience: Essential experience in security sales, with a proven track record of success in selling security solutions to mid-large customers
Public Sector Experience: Proven experience in the Public Sector and/or Education sector is also essential
SaaS Experience: Experience in selling SaaS software solutions
Salesforce.com: Regular use of Salesforce.com and ability to provide accurate forecasting
Networking: Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Value Proposition: Ability to create and deliver value propositions and articulate the company's value proposition and services
Leadership: Leadership, accountability qualities required, with ability to work autonomously and lead the territory
Quota-Driven Sales: Proven sales track record and ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment at an Enterprise level
