Regional Marketing Manager – Emergency Care (APAC)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop Talent – Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Drive Strategy – Define marketing plans, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches that make a real impact.
  • Market Leadership – Analyse industry trends, conduct competitive research, and drive portfolio strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Strengthen Customer & Sales Alignment – Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), sales teams, and customers to enhance market presence and product adoption.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle – Oversee pricing, product positioning, and future portfolio expansion.
  • Deliver Results – Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize growth opportunities.

Who You Are

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing management experience, with a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, management, business or similar
  • Experience working across Asia Pacific or a global region, with an understanding of diverse market dynamics.

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse trends, identify opportunities, and drive long-term success.
