South Coast Radiology is seeking a motivated and personable Referrer Relationship Specialist to become the face of our brand across the rapidly growing Northern Gold Coast region. 

This is more than a sales or marketing role it's an opportunity to build meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals, influence referral growth, and play a key role in connecting patients with exceptional diagnostic imaging services.

About the Opportunity 

Reporting to the Queensland Business Relationships Manager, you'll take ownership of a Northern Gold Coast territory, developing strong relationships with GPs, allied health professionals, and practice teams. 

You'll be trusted to manage your schedule, identify growth opportunities, and deliver initiatives that strengthen our presence within the local healthcare community. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare referrers across your territory. 
  • Increase awareness and utilisation of South Coast Radiology services. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and support referral growth. 
  • Coordinate educational events, practice visits, networking opportunities, and promotional activities. 
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and campaigns. 
  • Analyse market activity, competitor trends, and growth opportunities. 
  • Maintain accurate referrer records and reporting through CRM systems. 
  • Collaborate closely with operational, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional referrer experiences. 

About You 

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, and creating lasting professional relationships. 

You may come from healthcare, radiology, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, business development, account management, or a customer-focused sales and marketing background. 

You'll bring: 

 Strong relationship-building and communication skills 

 A proactive and self-motivated approach 

 Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals and business stakeholders 

 Excellent organisation and time management skills 

 The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team 

 A current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle 

Experience in healthcare, radiology, medical terminology, CRM systems, or referral management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
