We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract in Melbourne, Australia, to help us find top-tier talent that will drive our success. If you’re excited about recruiting, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Focus on sourcing top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing methods, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Review and screen applicants, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial outreach through to interviews, feedback, and extending offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to provide updates, align on priorities, and ensure an efficient and collaborative recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability or aptitude to source and qualify a diverse pool of candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, resume reviews, and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and support special projects as needed.
  • A sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to work effectively and independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • A strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and a results-driven mindset.
