We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our friendly, high-performing People Team on a 6-month maximum-term contract. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. This role is critical in helping us attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent, ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Utilise recruitment systems like Workday or JobAdder to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Champion our employer brand by delivering a professional, engaging, and seamless candidate experience.
  • Proactively source top talent, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Optionally contribute to Workday and JobAdder project implementation, bringing valuable insights and expertise to these initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in internal recruitment, ideally within financial services or a similarly highly regulated industry
  • Knowledge of Workday, JobAdder, or other ATS platforms is highly regarded
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to work.
