Job DescriptionIn this radiographer role you will be responsible for the monitoring and ensuring the safety of patients undergoing Interventional Cardiac/Vascular procedures and investigations in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Hybrid Lab.
Our team is staffed by teams of experienced nurses, radiographers and highly skilled cardiologists, providing a comprehensive suite of on-site cardiac services to our patients.
You will work alongside this highly-skilled team of clinical professionals in upholding our reputation for high quality patient care and excellent customer relations while reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager.
Permanent Part time and Full time roles available! Shift length is 10 hours, with on-call duties required.
Our New Emergency Department is scheduled to open at the end of the year!
Our department conducts a range of Cardiovascular procedures offering you a diverse and interesting workload;
- Coronary Angiograms
- Angioplasties
- Pacemaker Insertion
- TAVI
- Balloon Valvuloplasty
- Vascular cases
- Interventional Radiology
- EP
About You:
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA and MRPB as a Radiographer
- Strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Radiographer
- Proven experience in a Cardiac Catheter Laboratory unit
- You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values.
