We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Quality Control & Field Services Coordinator to join our national Process Serving team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring legal documents are served accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with legislative and client requirements.

You’ll work closely with field agents across Australia, review and draft affidavits, and manage day-to-day communication to keep matters progressing smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, precision, and clear communication.

Key Details

  • Commencing as soon as possible

  • Initially based in Melbourne CBD , with plans to transition to our Caulfield office within the next two months

  • Following training and once competency is reached, you’ll have access to a hybrid working arrangement

  • Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5pm | No weekends!

  • Australian Citizenship

  • Successful applicants will be required to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and PEIC clearance

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating the service of legal documents and supporting field agents with clear instructions

  • Reviewing and checking affidavits to ensure compliance with legislation and client expectations

  • Drafting detailed affidavits in relation to investigations undertaken by enquiry agents and detailed affidavits in support of substituted service applications

  • Monitoring and following up on daily reports to keep matters moving on schedule

  • Liaising with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction across all files

  • Performing data entry with a high level of accuracy

  • Meeting service level agreements and turnaround times consistently

About You : 

You’re someone who takes pride in your accuracy and communication skills. You enjoy balancing administration with problem-solving and can manage multiple priorities at once, but most importantly, you’ll be motivated to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and agents

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills

  • Comfortable with technology and confident using multiple systems

  • Previous legal secretarial or administration experience is advantageous
