We're looking for an engaging, delivery-focused professional to lead high-impact initiatives that improve customer experiences and drive business growth across AMS.

Your initial focus will be enhancing the roadside assistance experience, helping to create smarter, more seamless services for our customers.

Working across Customer, Operations, Sales, Technology and key partner teams, you'll bring clarity to complex challenges, align stakeholders, and keep momentum strong from concept through to delivery.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead customer operation and roadside experience initiatives from definition through to implementation and closure.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve services, processes and customer journeys
  • Turn ambiguity into clear plans, milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Facilitate collaboration, remove roadblocks and keep delivery on track
  • Partner with leaders and teams to embed lasting change and business improvements
