Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of capital works and project programs across a key client portfolio.Reporting to the State Manager, this role will be responsible for managing medium to high value projects from planning to delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed budget, schedule, quality and stakeholder requirements.
This is a great opportunity for a project management professional with experience in healthcare, construction, fit-out, refurbishment or building services projects, who is confident working in live operational environments and managing a broad range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery across capital works, refurbishments, fit-outs, building upgrades and maintenance programs.
Plan, execute and finalize projects within agreed budget, schedule and quality requirements.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, forecasts and project reports.
Manage project controls, variations, risks, issues and stakeholder updates.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, landlords and tenants.
Support procurement planning and contractor selection.
Ensure compliance with project management, safety, quality, risk and document control processes.
Lead project meetings and ensure actions are followed through.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement across project delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
3-5 years’ construction or project management experience, ideally within the health sector.
Experience delivering projects in live operational environments.
A degree in building surveying, project management, construction management or related discipline.
Professional accreditation or working towards RICS, AIPM, PMP or similar would be highly regarded.
Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting and reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and commercial awareness.
Experience using MS Office and MS Project.
A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
