  • Navigate teams through all phases of project delivery to ensure successful execution of milestones

  • Oversee project documentation where applicable

  • Manage risk and maintain error logs as required

  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships

  • Review project progress regularly and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Optimize processes and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle

  • Identify growth opportunities within the PMO team or client accounts

  • Measure and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Key Requirements

  • Proven project management experience (2–3 years) leading end-to-end IT projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline

  • Experience managing human, financial, material, and information resources

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Excellent problem-solving ability

  • Ability to educate and coach stakeholders on best project management practices

We’re proud to be different—and that starts with our people. We believe in equal opportunities for everyone. We do not define individuals by race, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability. Individuality is what makes us great. We encourage everyone to bring their full selves to work and create something amazing—that’s what we care about.

Whether you’re joining us or moving within the business, we are committed to creating equal opportunities for all.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
