IQVIA is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join its Integrated Research Solutions team.

Location: Hybrid - Sydney NSW

Type: Permanent full time

Leading our customized data collection operations, you will be responsible for managing field projects end-to-end. This includes needs scoping and feasibility assessments, testing and launching new projects, monitoring live projects, and working closely with the consulting team to achieve project outcomes. A proven track record of developing relationships with a range of stakeholders (including doctors, patients, and internal teams) will be critical to successfully execute this role.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the data collection of customized market research studies
  • Manage day-to-day fieldwork activities
  • Ensure surveys are launched on time
  • Ensure timely feedback is supplied to the commercial team
  • Provide recommendations for engaging doctors and patients
  • Focus on developing our 'community' of doctors
  • Collaborate with the wider Field team
  • Engage third party vendors for recruitment of specialized audiences
  • Provide feasibility assessment and cost estimates for new projects
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and pharmacovigilance requirements
  • Use your past skills at developing Health Care Practitioner relationships

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in research recruitment or program management, preferably within a healthcare field
  • Demonstrated experience of managing teams
  • Understanding and general knowledge of life sciences and/or health service industry
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload with minimal guidance.  
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.  
  • Permanent working/resident rights in Australia (PR or Citizen).
