Job Description

  • Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
  • Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • To produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
  • Support design management and procurement activities.
  • Support stakeholder consultation
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
  • T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance 
  • To assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etc
  • Tender research, collating potential bid work
  • Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team.

Qualifications

  • A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience
  • 3- 5 years project management experience  (ideally client side/consulting)
  • Must be able to work within a large team environment and bring growth mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skills
  • Must be able to be involved in general office assistance
  • Must be able to fit into a small team environment and bring a growth mindset
  • Retail project experience is ideal.
