The Role
ASM Chilltech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Projects team based in Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical, plumbing and HVAC&R projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders, manage project performance, and drive exceptional outcomes for our clients across a range of commercial and industrial environments.

What You Will Be Doing
- Plan, program and manage projects from handover through to completion
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and project delivery personnel
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement and variations
- Provide project reporting and updates to key stakeholders and clients
- Ensure all project works meet contractual, quality and compliance requirements
- Drive safety, environmental and quality outcomes across project sites
- Coordinate site activities to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery operations
Your Education, Experience and Skills
- Proven experience managing mechanical services, plumbing, HVAC&R or construction projects
- Strong understanding of project planning, programming and contract administration
- Experience leading site teams and subcontractors
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Working knowledge of quality, environmental and safety management systems
- Current Driver's Licence
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with Simpro or similar project management systems desirable
