Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager based in Melbourne, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from pre-sales support through deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with regional Sales teams to understand customer needs, present Vusion solutions and define project requirements.
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Managing project scope, planning, budget, risks and deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected quality standards.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating technical, integration and installation topics.
- Coordinating customer deployments and performing hands-on installation and configuration of Vusion solutions in stores when required.
- Monitoring project progress and providing clear reporting, escalating risks or issues when necessary.
- Ensuring successful project handover and contributing to continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
You bring:
- An engineering degree or equivalent technical background, ideally in IT, electronics, telecommunications or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Delivery or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- The technical ability to install, configure and troubleshoot solutions on customer sites, with a hands-on approach when required.
- Experience managing customer projects from planning through deployment and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer management, communication and problem-solving skills in an international environment.
- The ability to take ownership, manage increasing complexity and grow into a Program Management role in the short to medium term.
- Experience in Retail Technology, IoT, SaaS or Digital Transformation is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certification is a plus.
