We are seeking an upbeat, motivated, and solutions-focused Customer Project Manager to join Ericsson's ANZA Cloud Software and Services, with strong exposure to telecommunications, 5G core networks, and cloud-based solutions.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex customer programs across next-generation mobile networks, cloud-native infrastructure, and service transformation initiatives, using industry-leading delivery tools, governance frameworks, and methodologies. You will take ownership of project strategy, governance, and execution, working with Ericsson and third-party products and services to deliver high-impact outcomes for our customers.
As a Customer Project Manager, your primary focus will be to understand customer network and business needs, manage delivery commitments, and create measurable business value through efficient, innovative, and well-governed solutions. You will act as a trusted delivery partner to customers, collaborating with cross-functional technical teams while driving continuous improvement across cost, quality, and operational performance.

What you will do
• Manage end-to-end delivery of customer projects across scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality• Define project plans, secure resources, and drive execution to successful completion• Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control• Identify and manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies• Lead governance and steering meetings, providing clear status and decision support• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders• Ensure projects meet contractual, safety, and governance requirements• Support pre sales and transition activities, including contract preparation where required• Drive service improvements, automation initiatives, and delivery efficiencies• Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving project management practices
The Skills you bring
Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent)• Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred)• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer or delivery projects• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications or IT industry.• Strong experience in resource and budget management
Technical & Business Competencies• Good understanding of networked systems, service delivery, and operational KPIs• Experience working in customer-facing, contractual delivery environments• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability• Practical understanding of automation, AI models ( Microsoft Co-Pilot , Glean , etc ) and being able to utilise them in day to day project management practices• Ability to align customer business needs with delivery execution
Highly desirable:
Experience or solid understanding of 5G Core Network Applications and/or Cloud Infrastructure, including cloud native solutions, containers, virtualization, or hyperscaler platforms.
