About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join the ANZ Commercial Programs team on an 18‑month fixed term contract. This role will lead the delivery of key commercial and customisation initiatives, including oversight of our 3PL-driven customisation program and external vendor ecosystem.
This is a critical execution role focused on translating strategic objectives into scalable, actionable programs, working cross-functionally to deliver commercial impact, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer offerings.
What You’ll Do
Program Delivery & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of commercial, customisation, and strategic initiatives across ANZ
Manage a portfolio of ~25 programs annually, including:
3–4 complex, multi-phase initiatives
A mix of shorter-cycle, rapid execution projects
Translate business priorities into structured program plans with clear milestones, timelines, and ownership
Drive execution discipline, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, and external vendors
Act as the central coordination point to align global expertise with local execution needs
Influence stakeholders across multiple functions to drive decisions and maintain momentum
Customisation Program Ownership
Oversee the performance and scalability of the customisation program delivered via 3PL partners
Manage relationships with warehouse operators and vendors to ensure service levels, quality, and output are met
Support system integrations and workflows (e.g., ERP, Shopify, APIs) to ensure seamless execution
Process Optimisation & Scaling
Design and embed repeatable frameworks, templates, and playbooks to improve delivery consistency
Identify process inefficiencies, system gaps, and integration challenges, and implement improvements
Continuously refine program management practices to support business growth and scalability
Governance & Reporting
Track program performance, risks, dependencies, and key metrics
Provide clear, concise updates and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
What You Bring
Greater than 5 years relevant experience. Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience
Proven experience in program or project management within operational, manufacturing, retail, or product-led environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying complexity
Strong experience working cross-functionally to deliver business-critical outcomes
Exposure to systems and integrations (ERP, eCommerce platforms, APIs) and their impact on workflows
Experience working with external vendors or third-party logistics (3PL) partners preferred
Strong program management fundamentals (planning, execution, risk management, governance)
Ability to translate complex strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans for different functions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on practical, scalable solutions
High attention to detail with strong delivery discipline
