Support day-to-day inbound/outbound supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. Manage purchase orders, coordinate with 3PLs and logistics partners, maintain ERP/WMS data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, support exports/returns and VAS, and contribute to process improvements to ensure product availability and service levels.

Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage campaign operations and budgets, maintain marketing calendar, assist event and trade show logistics, create and schedule social content, monitor engagement, liaise with vendors and partners, and provide post-campaign reporting and performance insights.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: prepare and reconcile invoices and credit notes, monitor collections and ageing, allocate payments, handle customer AR inquiries, support month-end close and bank reconciliations, assist AP and general ledger tasks, and participate in process and system improvements.
