Supports managers and employees with day-to-day HR matters, performance management, employee relations intake, onboarding, surveys, reporting, documentation, and policy compliance. The role independently resolves routine inquiries, identifies risks, escalates complex issues, and collaborates with Talent Business Partners, Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent talent programs and employee experiences.

Manage month‑end and year‑end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial statements and management reports, support audits, ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and internal controls, partner with cross‑functional teams, and drive process improvements and system enhancements.
