Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: prepare and reconcile invoices and credit notes, monitor collections and ageing, allocate payments, handle customer AR inquiries, support month-end close and bank reconciliations, assist AP and general ledger tasks, and participate in process and system improvements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of ANZ commercial and customisation programs (3PL-driven), managing ~25 programs annually, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing vendor/warehouse performance, supporting system integrations (ERP, Shopify, APIs), and implementing repeatable frameworks to improve scalability, governance, and reporting.

Manage demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and channel-level planning to ensure the right product is in the right place. Build and submit monthly demand plans, partner with accounts, support replenishment and allocations, monitor sell-through and stock-turn, produce reporting and insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and commercial initiatives.

Support outbound supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand by managing outbound orders, coordinating with 3PLs and logistics partners, maintaining ERP/WMS data accuracy, resolving transport and system discrepancies, handling returned inventory workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement and GTM readiness.

Manage month‑end and year‑end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial statements and management reports, support audits, ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and internal controls, partner with cross‑functional teams, and drive process improvements and system enhancements.
