IN A NUTSHELL…
At Bellroy, we design carry goods that make everyday life smoother, more joyful and more sustainable. As our product and marketing work expands, so does the need for thoughtful coordination to bring it all to life, with purpose, pace and precision.
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us on a 6-month contract and help steer the rhythm of our marketing team. From seasonal campaigns and product launches to always-on content and cross-functional programs, you’ll be the glue that connects the moving parts and helps turn good ideas into great execution. You won’t need to be the loudest voice in the room, but you’ll know how to gather the right people, drive clarity, and keep things moving forward with calm confidence.
If you’re after meaningful work with a team that values clarity, calm and good systems, this role offers the chance to make a real impact — without the scramble.
YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU…
- Have run complex marketing projects end-to-end, from product launches and ecommerce campaigns, seasonal activations or editorial content streams
- Know how to drive a project from planning through to delivery, with clear milestones, accountability and visibility across teams
- Bring experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, like Black Friday or major campaigns and keeping all the moving parts coordinated
- Are confident facilitating team rhythms, WIPs, sprint planning, retros and know how to keep them efficient and energising
- Work naturally across disciplines, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to keep priorities clear and tasks aligned
- Have got a sharp eye for risks or blockers, and you know how to escalate early (without drama)
- Are fluent in project tools like Asana, Monday or similar
- Believe in continuously improving how a team plans, prioritises and works together and you bring ideas to help that happen
- Have a sharp eye for the details that matter, decisions, actions, timelines and make sure they don’t get lost in the mix
- Above all, you bring clarity, calm and momentum to the teams you work with, especially when things get complex or high-stakes
IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK, YOU MIGHT HAVE…
- Kicked off Black Friday Program planning with coordinators from marketing, creative, demand planning and logistics – aligning everyone on program goals and our approach to keeping it all coordinated
- Run our Go To Market meeting to map upcoming campaigns, then worked with the team to craft a brief that downstream teams could actually run with
- Resolved a resource clash with another program manager when we both needed the same specialist – found a solution that kept both projects moving
- Collaborated with marketing leads to build a channel plan for an upcoming campaign, ready to brief into creative for concept development
- Checked the pulse on campaign pipeline with our Design Director, Creative Coordinator, and Marketing Project Coordinator to see what was tracking well and what needed attention
