Join us as a Project Management Coordinator – EHR at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, within our ANZ Product Business Unit in Australia. In this role, you will do some of the most meaningful work of your career — supporting the delivery of the Dedalus Electronic Health Record (EHR) to the first ANZ clients across the region, with the aim of enabling better care.

What you’ll achieve
As a Project Management Coordinator – EHR, you will be a self-motivated project administration professional to work directly with the EHR Project Manager & Program Director to support the definition, operationalization, and execution of the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation program.

This role bridges program design and client delivery for a first-in-country implementation of the EHR solution, which integrates the Europe-leading ORBIS EMR with local PAS, radiology and pathology systems, among other integrations. You will not only have the opportunity to build out the scalable implementation framework and associated, effective tools, you will execute and successfully mobilise it into live projects.

You will

•    Support the EHR Program Director by shaping the project delivery approach, structure, and operating rhythm
•    Align project phases, milestones, and delivery sequencing with the Dedalus EHR Implementation Methodology framework
•    Establish project-level governance, including working groups, decision pathways, and escalation mechanisms
•    Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, and drive mitigation and resolution activities
•    Maintain project delivery standards, templates, and artefacts to support consistent execution
•    Define and maintain Work Breakdown Structure & Estimation including working with product teams to translate product design, development and project outcomes into clear implementation tasks
•    Coordinate creation of project deliverables and required artefacts
•    Apply and refine the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation methodology to ensure it is practical, usable, and aligned with EHR capabilities
•    Ensure project delivery aligns with healthcare regulatory, operational, and safety requirements
•    Contribute to a scalable delivery blueprint that supports repeatable implementations across ANZ
•    Facilitate workshops with internal teams and customers to define work packages and clarify delivery expectations
•    Track and manage financial reporting and time utilisation aspects of the program/project, utilising third party systems as required

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
