About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives. This role plays a key part in project execution, governance, and reporting, while also stepping into project management responsibilities when required.

Working closely with Project Managers and PMO leadership, you will coordinate project activities, track progress against timelines, and support risk and issue management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment and wants to grow their project management career.

Key Responsibilities: 
Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Support the OSS Project Lead with project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Identify risks and issues and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare and contribute to project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Collect and compile data from multiple sources for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support high‑level reporting activities and monitor project progress.
  • Proactively identify risks or delays and escalate where appropriate.

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation.
  • Manage document control processes including version control and archiving.
  • Support effective use of project document management systems.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparing and delivering clear and consistent project communications.

Administrative & PMO Support

  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and PMO leadership, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
  • Support strategic initiatives and priority projects led by the PMO Director.
  • Assist with resource planning, workload management, and team coordination activities.

About You
Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in project coordination with exposure to project management activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience working with project documentation, governance, and reporting processes.
  • Understanding of project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
