We have an exciting opportunity in our Finance Operations team! We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the coordination of the project schedule and overall enhancement of communication between stakeholders.

The role will encompass the existing Project Administrator responsibilities with an additional focus on coordinating schedules, validating updates and communicating risks or delays. The role centres around delivering a ‘no better experience’ for stakeholders, continuous improvement, and optimising team and business performance.


Requirements

As the Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Effectively coordinate the project schedule, ensuring regular and consistent communication with the relevant stakeholders on project statuses and prioritisation across the business, including risks and delays.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables through high quality implementation and robust stakeholder relationships
  • Strengthen communication between project team members and the Project Manager through timely summaries and escalations
  • Maintain excellence through quality project implementation that align to efm’s Quality Management System
  • Submit clear and actionable business cases to technology teams for efficient and successful completion
  • Provide required analysis and reporting to Senior Leadership Team
  • Ensure robust systems and controls are in place, including maintaining documented process maps / procedure manuals of all processes and relevant training to the broader business
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance with legislation, regulations and best practice
  • Ensure continued adherence to Group practices and policies
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process, technology and best practice initiatives to ensure improved quality and efficiency of service to the business and stakeholders

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in Project implementation, analysis or systems implementation
  • Tertiary level education in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce or similar
  • Adapting to and implementing change
  • Proven track record in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives
  • Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level
  • Be able to demonstrate strong system, data, and analytical skills to determine trends or areas requiring corrective action
