We are looking for someone passionate about project management and who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that projects stay on track and exceed expectations.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of the service transition project.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery clients.
  • Manage project support work to deliver solutions and capabilities to meet client requirements.
  • Escalate and resolve project risks and issues in collaboration with the project team.
  • Offer specified administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistance.
  • Manage and track all project financials.
  • Manage and track all project invoicing.
  • Communicate with clients, project managers and other stakeholders on task status.
  • Assist PMO with financials, reporting and tracking, RAID tracking.
  • Own and update Tracking spreadsheet including rundown tasks.

What You'll Bring:

  • Certification or degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field desirable.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Proven ability to follow up and ensure tasks move to completion with GREAT customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience of growing and fostering brilliant team and client relationships.
