What’s on offer?

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Project Administrator to complement our existing team and support our expanding long-term program of works in the Victorian Utilities sector. Based onsite in South Melbourne with regular visits to the Lynbrook Office, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering a diverse portfolio of multidisciplined projects, including earthworks, treatment plants, large-scale pipelines, pump stations and concrete structures.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including building access, supplies and mail

  • Be the main contact for office communications, handling calls and enquiries

  • Respond, manage and create Purchase Orders as required from engineers

  • Review and process supplier invoices in consultation with engineers

  • Supporting HSEQ Team and onsite Document Control as required

  • Assisting with the onboarding, administration and management of Subcontractors

  • Reviewing expense claims and actioning accordingly.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Qualification in Administration or equivalent (desirable)

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of accountability and collaboration

  • Natural tech-savviness and excellent IT skills, with proficiency across Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint

  • High personal motivation and the drive to maintain strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle challenges proactively
