Job DescriptionAs a Program Manager based in Melbourne (or Sydney), you'll be responsible for leading complex customer programs from start to finish, including:
- Leading strategic implementation programs for major retail customers
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Success
- Building trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders
- Managing program scope, timelines, budgets, risks and governance
- Driving customer adoption and business transformation
- Ensuring successful delivery while identifying opportunities for future growth
- Continuously improving program management best practices across the organization.
You bring:
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Delivery or Consulting
- Experience delivering complex enterprise customer programs
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
- Strong leadership, planning and risk management capabilities
- Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset
- Experience in Retail Technology, SaaS, IoT or Digital Transformation is highly preferred
- PMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Agile certification is a plus
