The Splunk Global Field Enablement team is on a mission to inspire, inform and enable  Splunkers!  We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and organized individual to join our Global Field Enablement, Global Programs Operations team  specifically to support the APJC region.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the entire learner lifecycle, from onboarding to continuous professional development, ensuring our global field teams are equipped to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Enablement Operations in the Global Field Enablement organization, this role will approach projects and programs with an eye for efficiency and scale as well as seamless execution. We are looking for a collaborative, energetic, proactive, organized, and accountable business partner with a strong operational mindset.     

Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Orchestrate schedule and operationally plan for programs/project deployments to deliver cohesive enablement execution  
  • Support live and virtual event planning and act as a primary lead for operational requirements  
  • Manage rosters and distribution lists to target sales audiences 
  • Collaborate with Program owners to define success metrics  
  • Provide regular metric updates (attendee numbers, completions and surveys) on program calls and quarterly reviews  
  • Track, monitor and manage attendee assignment, participation and completion (in conjunction with reporting team)   
  • Schedule, track and communicate to program support personnel (speakers, coaches, presenters, manager activities, panel reviews, external vendors, etc)  
  • Conduct project operational status meetings/updates with core planning team and/or program manager  
  • Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions  
  • Review and deploy communications to the field through various channels while maintaining brand consistency  
  • Create surveys and analyze results to inform necessary operational updates   
  • Monitor and manage support channels for key global programs (Slack/webex, email, etc.)  

 

Secondary Responsibilities: 

Not every day is full of virtual or live events in APJC so this role will also serve as a backup working with our Systems Operations & Governance teams. Responsibilities would involve cross training on the back-end administration functionality of Splunk’s Learning Management System (Mindtickle platform) and Sales Resource Center (Seismic platform), including but not limited to: 

  • Monitor and resolve any user and system admin issues coming through various support channels.  

 

  • Assist with portfolio governance activities including analyzing content and learning assets for usage, relevance, and currency, recommending items for review or archival as appropriate.  
     
  • Provide relevant backups for Systems team members during vacation or other periods of absence.  

 

Requirements:  

  • 2 + years of sales enablement or related experience in a software (or similar) organization  
  • Highly proficient user of reporting tools such as Excel.
  • Proficient in Webex or similar web conferencing software  
  • Experience and familiarity of working with Mindtickle or similar LMS platforms  
  • Project management skillset  
  • Strong organizational skillset; able to manage multiple tasks and results at a given time with ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment  
  • Excellent live and virtual event management experience  
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)  
  • Collaborative and agile working style; operates as a change agent with ability to manage through challenging scenarios  
  • Successful at networking and building relationships to support cross team engagement and alignment leveraging superior communications skills  
  • This role is based in Melbourne Australia and we have a preference for someone with APJC experience
  • Travel: Able to travel to support training events as necessary (approx 10%).
