The role

We are seeking a customer-focused and analytically minded Program Manager to support and deliver temperature monitoring programs for clients across the food manufacturing and distribution sector. This role plays a key part in helping customers improve the integrity and performance of their cold chain operations.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end program delivery, including customer engagement, data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working within a cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate with account managers, data analysts, engineers, and technical specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer temperature monitoring programs from implementation through to ongoing delivery

  • Analyse data and translate insights into clear, actionable reports and visualisations

  • Engage with customers to understand their cold chain processes and identify improvement opportunities

  • Deliver high-quality presentations and reporting to stakeholders at all levels

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and program effectiveness

About You:

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Highly organised with strong project management capability

  • Experience within food, logistics, supply chain, or related industries (desirable)
