A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Program Database Specialist reporting into the Program Analytics Manager.

A bit about your role

The Program Database Specialist within the Program Analytics Team supports the effective use of program data by managing, maintaining, and optimising backend datasets. The role focuses on delivering accurate, accessible, and well-structured data to enable reporting, analysis, and decision-making, while collaborating across teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and ensure reliable, timely data delivery aligned with governance standards.

A bit about you  

The ideal candidate brings a relevant degree and experience in data management, analytics, and database environments, with strong skills in SQL, Python, R, or similar. They are comfortable working with enterprise data, governance practices, and tools such as Alteryx, and can translate complex data into meaningful insights. The role benefits from strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
