The nbn Graduate Program offers recent graduates the opportunity to work on Australia's digital infrastructure through hands-on experience over two years with rotations in various disciplines.

Lead privacy risk, assurance, and compliance activities across the organisation. Provide expert advice on Australian privacy law, embed privacy frameworks, manage incidents and risks, influence cross-functional stakeholders, support strategic programs, and raise privacy maturity to enable compliant innovation and transparency.

Lead design, implementation, and improvement of infrastructure and endpoint security platforms. Provide technical leadership for EDR, Microsoft security, vulnerability management, PKI, automation, and integrations. Drive troubleshooting, incident escalation, vendor engagement, and platform reliability while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and operations teams.

Lead end-to-end business solutions by guiding cross-functional teams, clarifying complex problems, and aligning stakeholders. Define requirements, develop solution options, and drive continuous improvement across processes, data, and systems. Deliver insights-driven initiatives, support automation and operational stability, and provide people leadership and coaching.

Lead design and implementation of governance frameworks to ensure resilience and performance of nbn network facilities. Oversee operational performance, manage stakeholders and service providers, embed compliance and risk practices, drive continuous improvement, uplift capability, and build a high-performing team focused on resilient outcomes across exchanges, data centres and field depots.

Provide experience-led functional design assurance for field channels and internal tools. Define workflows, business rules and AI-enabled interactions, translate designs into implementable requirements and acceptance criteria, and support delivery through discovery, build, test and release. Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams and document designs using Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma.
