Lead nbn’s enterprise semantics and knowledge graph capability by developing strategy, standards, governance, and frameworks for AI-ready data. Drive ontology adoption, mature the Enterprise Knowledge Graph, establish semantic governance, and enable business domains to manage semantic assets. Partner across business and technology teams to support trustworthy AI, intelligent automation, explainability, traceability, and data-driven decision-making while delivering measurable enterprise outcomes.

Maintains and improves HFC network performance through automation workflows, remediation and deployment programs, monitoring and diagnostic tools, network design updates, and complex issue resolution. Collaborates with technical and operational teams to improve reliability, service quality, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Lead nbn’s enterprise-wide Responsible AI strategy, roadmap, governance framework, policies, and controls. Chair the AI Risk Council, oversee AI risk management, support regulatory compliance, and embed fairness, transparency, and accountability across the AI lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with senior leaders, government, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enable safe and responsible AI adoption.
