Provide first-line HR advice and Workday HRIS processing in a high-volume environment. Manage, maintain, and optimise backend program datasets to deliver accurate, accessible data for reporting and analysis. Collaborate across teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and ensure timely data delivery aligned with governance standards.

Provide legal advice across nbn's national property portfolio and Finance, Property, Governance and Sustainability team. Advise on leasing, property transactions, access and co-location agreements, corporate governance, grants, and commercial negotiations to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes.

Two-year graduate program with four rotations across teams. Graduates develop technical and leadership skills via project work, personalised learning, mentorship, and networking. Applicants choose a career pathway and must be final-year students or recent graduates available to start full-time in February 2027.
