We're now looking for a Program Analyst to join us at the centre of this strategic transformation.
Job Description
What You’ll Do

Support program execution, tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with business goals.

Maintain program documentation including RAID registers, status reports, change requests, and governance artefacts.

Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.

Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring project teams and leadership remain aligned on program status, risks, and priorities.

Assist in risk and issue management, tracking mitigation actions and ensuring timely escalation where required.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency, reporting, and program delivery
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
-
3-5 years of experience in program (ideally) or project analyst / coordination, preferably within IT, transformation, or enterprise-wide programs.

Experience with RAID registers, change control processes, and governance frameworks.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Planview, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage teams at all levels.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field
