We're now looking for a Program Analyst to join us at the centre of this strategic transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Support program execution, tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Maintain program documentation including RAID registers, status reports, change requests, and governance artefacts.

• Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring project teams and leadership remain aligned on program status, risks, and priorities.

• Assist in risk and issue management, tracking mitigation actions and ensuring timely escalation where required.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency, reporting, and program delivery

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in program (ideally) or project analyst / coordination, preferably within IT, transformation, or enterprise-wide programs.

• Experience with RAID registers, change control processes, and governance frameworks.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Planview, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage teams at all levels.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field
