Overview
The Product Strategy & Enablement Manager at Team Global Express (TGE) sits at the nexus of product vision and market execution. You’ll translate our logistics offerings into compelling sales tools, training programs and GTM initiatives - ensuring our commercial teams are fully equipped to position, sell and drive adoption of TGE’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and roll out product enablement strategies, training sessions and workshops that accelerate sales proficiency and product uptake.
Partner with GTM teams to ensure product positioning, messaging and campaigns are tightly aligned to market needs and launch timelines.
Produce and maintain sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, case studies and digital assets that clearly articulate product capabilities and value propositions.
Act as the go-to product expert - provide on-call support, conduct deep-dive Q&A sessions and embed new offerings into the sales cadence.
Track enablement metrics (adoption rates, sales feedback, time-to-competency), analyse effectiveness and continuously refine content and delivery methods.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in a product strategy, enablement or GTM role - ideally within logistics, supply-chain or B2B services.
Strong grasp of sales strategy, competitive positioning and value-based selling methodologies.
Proven ability to translate complex product details into clear, engaging training materials and sales collateral using digital tools and presentation software.
Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis and using feedback to optimise enablement programs.
Advanced skills with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement tools (e.g., Seismic, Showpad) to manage content and track usage.
