The Everyday Business Banking team (EBB) Team supports the full spectrum of customers' everyday banking needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates.
Within Business Banking (BB) the Propositions Crew is responsible for bringing to life the Yello for Business strategy, and the Real Estate & strata proposition. The crew consists of a number of squads:

Real Estate and Strata Proposition
Yello for Business Product
Yello Strategic Partnerships
The digital platforms we leverage include CommBank app and NetBank.
Do work that matters
This role reports to the Crew Lead, Propositions Crew. As Product Owner, Yello strategic partnerships, you will lead a Business Product Squad Accountable for managing the end-to-end Yello provider strategy and execution. You will work across a number of teams within the Business Bank (BB), Retail Bank (RBS) and Institutional Bank (IB) to deliver strong commercial outcomes and create phenomenal customer experiences.
On any given week you will
Own the end-to-end Yello for Business provider strategy and management lifecycle; including sourcing, negotiating, modeling, and contracting providers & offers (including bespoke arrangements)
Supplier onboarding, including coordinating and execution of legal documents
Complete required Risk & Compliance activities
Manage in-life contracts, providers and offers, as well as offboarding activities
Analytics and Data - monitor performance of offers / deals, ensuring adequate reporting to stakeholders
Provide input for successful marketing and other strategic internal areas to take advantage of marketing opportunities with CommBank Connect and CommBank IQ
Coordination of EBB specific content for BB and IB segment ‘Pitch Packs’ to ensure CVP is clearly articulated and content relevant.
Working with the Analytics teams, design and develop strategies to maximise profitable share of wallet across EBB products.
We are interested to hear from people who have
10+ years in external partnership management in loyalty/rewards (preferably in banking or financial services)
Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management capabilities
Strong and demonstrated negotiation skills and experience
Customer centred design and customer journey design experience preferable
Proven ability to work across many lines of business to negotiate and influence outcomes
People management experience
Experience working in an Agile environment
