Job Description

What you’ll do: 

The Marketing team come together to create the stories and campaigns that inspire and educate as well as provide strategic, innovative and cost-effective solutions for our customers. They’re a nimble and collaborative team that offers the full suite of services that you’d find in a digital design agency.

As a Product Marketing Specialist - B2B within the broader Product Marketing team, this is your chance to shape how our products connect with customers across Australia. Reporting into the Group Product Marketing Manager, you’ll partner closely with marketing, product, design, sales and enablement teams to help us bring the right message to the right people at the right time. You’ll focus on our Auto, Corporate, Industry and Leisure portfolio focused delivering value to dealer customers through clear positioning, meaningful experiences, and strategic go-to-market execution. 

  • Drive adoption of new and existing features and products to deliver incremental revenue 
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to gather insights, define value propositions, and turn them into compelling messaging 
  • Shape positioning and messaging for key features and experiences 
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products 
  • Champion the customer: identify gaps, friction points and opportunities across the end-to-end experience 
  • Contribute to measurement and optimisation frameworks to help us learn what’s working and what’s not 

Qualifications

What are we looking for? 

We’re looking for a self-starting Product Marketing Specialist who’s eager to grow in a collaborative team. You’ve got a few years of product marketing experience under your belt and a talent for bringing clarity to complexity. 

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
  • Demonstrated product marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment 
  • Strong understanding of product marketing and go-to-market strategies, with a focus on collaboration and shared outcomes 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail - you’re comfortable coordinating multiple initiatives and following through on commitments 
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator who builds strong relationships - you listen well, earn trust, and keep teams connected 
  • Comfortable moving between product ideas, creative planning and customer conversations, adapting as you go 
  • Curious, collaborative and proactive - you ask insightful questions and are always ready to support where needed
