The OpportunityYou'll develop and launch new ancillary products from conception to market, then expand your impact across our core salary packaging and novated leasing portfolio. What You'll OwnStrategic Impact
Shape product strategy and roadmap for new ancillary products from ground zero
Lead discovery and delivery of high-impact product initiatives
Drive competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities
Commercial Excellence
Analyze performance data to unlock product profitability and growth opportunities
Optimize value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Digital, Operations, and Marketing
Framework Building
Elevate product management maturity across the organization
Establish best practices and improve internal collaboration
4-7 years in product management, ideally in financial services or regulated environments
Proven track record delivering customer-facing improvements in complex business settings
Strong foundation in agile development and customer discovery practices
Data-driven approach with experience in pricing, customer segmentation, or go-to-market strategy
Strategic thinker comfortable with hands-on delivery
Confident communicator who influences across functions and levels
