The role
This role plays a key part in the Product Management Team, responsible for supporting the ongoing management of HUB24's Private Label arrangements and overseeing product governance across the HUB24 Group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of HUB24 Private Label platform relationships.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations for Private Label partnerships.
- Gather and address client feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product offerings.
- Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, initiating improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align Private Label services with client needs and industry standards.
- Oversee and update disclosure documents to meet regulatory standards and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and uplift policies and procedures documentation across HUB24 Group products.
- Support updates to governance frameworks and policies, aligning with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to integrate new regulatory requirements into governance and documentation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage impacts on HUB24's product governance and Private Label arrangements.
Key requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial services, with a particular emphasis Wrap Platform product management.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management.
- Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting platforms and investments.
- Experienced in reviewing and writing product disclosure documentation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be able to manage competing priorities.
