About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of plans that elevate our Wiping & Cleaning, Tabletop, and Healthcare categories. You will ensure the successful management of product lifecycles, drive customer-focused innovations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

You will work closely with teams across B2B marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, global marketing innovation, customer experience, and finance, as well as external creative agencies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and embodies our commitment to excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead product launches, upgrades, and cost-out initiatives via the Stage & Gate process.

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to refine product positioning and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Execute target segment activity plans and assess global innovation pipelines for local market potential.

  • Partner with local manufacturing to implement quality improvements and cost-efficiency measures.

  • Contribute to demand forecasts, annual budgets, and assortment recommendations.

  • Monitor and maintain product quality, addressing issues promptly to ensure market leadership.

  • Manage competitor price and quality benchmarks.

  • Train and engage sales teams to strengthen their confidence in our product offerings.

  • Optimize product presentation across Tork and distributor websites.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to map customer segments and market trends.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and roadmaps for target segments.

  • Plan customer insight-driven activities to enhance product and service offerings.

  • Monitor category performance and identify opportunities or threats.

  • Ensure A&P activities deliver a positive ROI and effectively manage budgets.

Who You Are:

You will bring at least 3 years of expertise in product portfolio management, including category planning and product launches. Additionally, you will demonstrate high work standards, exceptional planning and organizing skills, and a proven ability to deliver results. You will also bring;

  • Strong project management skills, especially in new product development and P&L analysis.

  • A degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field.

  • The ability to inspire, engage, and present to senior audiences.

  • Proficient in identifying customer insights and leveraging market research to drive strategies.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with

  • A natural leadership disposition – ability to ownership, engage teams, and drive results.

  • High attention to detail, with exceptional planning and organizational skills.

  • Optimistic, resilient, and adaptable to complex situations.

  • Collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and excellence.

Experience in B2B marketing or sales, social media and digital marketing expertise, familiarity with BI tools (e.g., SAP reporting), and Train the Trainer programs will be highly regarded.
