About the Role
The Digital Workflows Delivery Lead(Product Mgr I) is responsible for the delivery of the Content digital workflows roadmap, ensuring that Content-led requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and translated into buildable outputs.

This role sits within the Content organisation and focuses on executing against product and workflow initiatives that enable content production at scale, providing the operational discipline required to deliver complex, system-enabled workflows.

The role is accountable for turning Content-defined direction into structured backlog, delivery plans, and shipped outcomes, ensuring that roadmap commitments are delivered effectively and predictably.

Responsibilities

1. Ownership of Content workflow delivery

  • Own delivery of initiatives that support Content workflows and production systems

  • Ensure Content priorities are translated into clear delivery outcomes

  • Track progress against roadmap commitments and ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope

2. Requirements definition and backlog management

  • Define and maintain structured requirements and user stories based on Content needs

  • Build and manage a prioritised backlog aligned to Content roadmap priorities

  • Support scope definition and iteration planning, including MVP decisions

3. Translation of Content needs into build-ready work

  • Work closely with Content stakeholders to clarify requirements and refine solutions

  • Ensure requirements are unambiguous, complete, and ready for implementation

  • Maintain consistency in how requirements are defined and documented

4. Delivery coordination

  • Coordinate delivery activities required to progress work from definition to release

  • Manage dependencies, sequencing, and timing across delivery workstreams

  • Act as the primary owner of delivery flow and execution for Content-led initiatives

5. Workflow effectiveness and optimisation

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and scale content workflows

  • Reduce friction, duplication, and inefficiencies in how work is executed

  • Ensure delivered capabilities support consistent, repeatable, and scalable processes

6. Delivery governance and visibility

  • Provide clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, and trade-offs

  • Improve predictability and discipline in delivery execution

  • Ensure alignment between roadmap priorities and delivered outcomes

Key relationships

  • Content leaders and subject matter experts

  • Product and workflow owners

  • Technology and engineering teams

Requirements

Essential

  • 3+ years of Experience in product delivery, product coordination, or technical delivery roles

  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Law, or related discipline

  • Strong ability to define clear, structured requirements and user stories

  • Experience managing backlogs, prioritisation, and iterative delivery cycles

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable delivery outputs

  • Strong stakeholder management, particularly within business-led environments

Desirable

  • Experience working in content, publishing, or workflow-driven environments

  • Exposure to platform-based or data-driven products

  • Understanding of structured processes, data, or content systems

  • Experience in the regulatory compliance industry or understanding of RegTech solutions

Success measures

  • Clear and actionable backlog aligned to Content priorities
