Job Description

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • More than just Coding: You aren’t just "writing lines of code"; you are here to build high-quality products and features that deliver a stable, reliable, and enjoyable experience for PaperCut’s clients.
  • Be the High Standards Authority: Act as a champion for engineering quality, ensuring the performance, uptime, and scale of our products through thoughtful application design and excellent code.
  • Drive Collaboration: Partner closely across the Product Development team, working across all stages of the software lifecycle to design, build, and deploy new products while enhancing existing ones.
  • Enable the Team: Support our Product Engineering team to ensure smooth delivery, while building a deep, user-friendly understanding of PaperCut's products, technology, and systems.
  • Measure What Matters: Bring a mindset of continuous improvement to your dedicated product area, translating software development concepts into reliable, scalable features.
