Develop and execute sales enablement programs for reseller and channel partners. Create onboarding strategies, training courses, eLearning certifications, playbooks, talk tracks, positioning guides, objection-handling tools, and portal enhancements. Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Technical Services, regional GTM teams, vendors, and designers to translate technical product information into effective sales resources. Support product launches, train-the-trainer programs, and measurement of enablement adoption and business impact.

Own PaperCut’s go-to-market data product strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Identify and resolve high-impact data and process problems, support forecasting and strategic planning, streamline sales workflows through automation and AI, and build actionable dashboards. Maintain data quality, governance, integrations, documentation, and the GTM semantic layer while assessing data readiness for AI tools and agents.

Leads PaperCut’s global brand, digital experience, and market activation strategy. Responsibilities include defining positioning and brand narratives, overseeing website and partner portal experiences, optimizing organic and paid search, driving product launches and adoption, aligning product and commercial teams, and coaching a global marketing team. The role requires strong strategic, analytical, cross-functional, and leadership capabilities across technology or SaaS marketing.

Build, enhance, and deploy reliable software products and features across the full development lifecycle. The role champions engineering quality, performance, uptime, scalability, and continuous improvement while collaborating across the Product Development team. It also involves developing strong knowledge of PaperCut’s products, technologies, and systems and supporting smooth delivery for product engineering teams.
