Build, enhance, and deploy reliable software products and features across the full development lifecycle. The role champions engineering quality, performance, uptime, scalability, and continuous improvement while collaborating across the Product Development team. It also involves developing strong knowledge of PaperCut’s products, technologies, and systems and supporting smooth delivery for product engineering teams.

Partners with approximately 30 managers and leads to provide strategic HR guidance, leadership coaching, employee relations support, and change management. The role advises on performance, team structures, capability development, organizational change, stakeholder communications, and complex employment matters. It also uses employee insights and pulse feedback to improve workplace experiences and align decisions with company values. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract that may be full- or part-time depending on experience.

Builds and maintains development infrastructure, secure environments, automation, monitoring, and observability systems. Ensures product reliability, performance, uptime, and scalability while improving release processes and reducing technical debt. The role is a senior individual contributor who sets technical standards, contributes to strategy, mentors peers, supports incident resolution, and collaborates across product development teams.
