Our Role:
We are seeking a Mid level Product Designer to join our team who can take accountability for designs for a delivery squad, and contribute to our vibrant design team culture.
What You’ll Do:

Design Intuitive Interactions: Create engaging and intuitive UX/UI designs for our flagship product using Figma.

b: Create clickable prototypes to get a feel for the user experience, and communicate designs to engineers and the broader team

Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver and ship new features, sharing knowledge and enhancing team collaboration.

Present Designs: Present and rationalise designs, and key milestone deliverables to peers and the leadership team.

Conduct Research: Perform qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into customer engagement.

Data Driven Decisions and Research: Use available product data and perform qualitative/quantitative research to gain insights into our customers and make data informed decisions that positively impact the user experience

Promote Design Standards: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Manage Projects: Self manage and take ownership for all design work within your delivery squad, ensuring required design outcomes and timings are met. With Senior Design Mentor support.

Influence Positive Change: Uphold ethical standards and create a supportive work environment to influence positive change within the team.
Skills We Like:

Experience with Product Design: Demonstrated experience in designing complex responsive-web applications. Native app experience is a bonus.

Proficiency in Figma: Strong understanding and experience in working with Figma to deliver web/mobile applications.

UX Skills: Ability to unpack the problem space, journey map and generate ideas, in a lean and rapid way. Move from low-fieality to through to high-fieality through wireframing.

UI Design Skills: A strong interest in UI design, with practical knowledge and experience in applying user-centric design principles.

Design Systems: Experience in developing and maintaining design systems with practical knowledge of atomic design.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Engagement with Trends: Curious and highly engaged with the latest product design, mobile app trends, and technology.

Continuous Learning: An innate drive for continuous learning and improvement.
