A fantastic opportunity has been presented for a Process Transformation and Practices Manager
A bit about your role
In your role as a Process Transformation and Practices Manager, you will support the delivery of continuous improvement opportunities and support implementation of key initiatives within the SEO strategy. The role proactively identifies, implements and change manages improvements that deliver the tangible benefits aligned with the SEO strategy, while uplifting our business process performance, maturity, and standards across SEO.
A key part of the role in identification of opportunities and facilitating development of ways of working to achieve benefit includes application of Lean Six Sigma and other frameworks to: Clearly state and quantify the problem or opportunity, acquire and analyse large volumes of data in order to isolate root causes, work with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand options and propose solutions, drive meaningful change and communicate progress with various levels of senior leadership.
Other responsibilities include process analysis, support for BAU ways of working, change management, advanced data analysis and nbn support for Signavio.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate is tertiary qualified in a related field with preferred certifications in Business Process, Change Management, and Agile as well as formal business process training (Lean, Six Sigma).
Previous similar experience, and a strong background in business process training and high-quality MS Office skills with the ability to communicate and influence at a high-level will set-up this role for success due to the need to manage stakeholders and facilitate.
Experience in project/program management for medium-large complexity technology delivery as well as experience with Signavio would be considered advantageous.
