We’re looking for a Principal Solution Consultant – Cloud to join our advisory practice and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex cloud and digital transformation programs for our clients.
This is a role for a trusted consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and stakeholder influence—someone who can guide executives, drive tangible outcomes, and unlock ongoing growth through exceptional delivery.
What you’ll be doing
Lead strategic cloud advisory engagements, delivering executive-level insights and recommendations across large, complex environments
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, influencing transformation roadmaps and key decisions
Translate cloud strategy into practical, outcome-driven delivery plans
Provide program-level leadership across delivery teams, ensuring alignment to scope, SoW, and commercial outcomes
Surface and shape follow-on opportunities during delivery, partnering with Sales and Practice teams
Contribute to presales, early solution shaping, and proposal development
Develop and reuse high-quality advisory artefacts, frameworks, and IP
Coach and mentor consultants and architects, uplifting capability across the practice
Represent the business in client briefings, partner forums, and industry events
What you’ll bring
10+ years’ experience in consulting, advisory, or large-scale delivery roles
Deep experience across cloud, digital, or transformation advisory
Experience in AWS or Azure
Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn vision into actionable roadmaps
Experience leading within complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Confidence operating in ambiguity, balancing delivery excellence with commercial outcomes
A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and capability uplift
