What You’ll Bring:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across various client engagements.

Proven experience as an Identity & Access Management Architect with a deep understanding of IAM technologies and solutions.

Experience in developing IAM strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of modern identity and access management challenges.

Ability to translate complex identity and security concepts into practical, client focused solutions.

Contribute and Deliver to the outcomes of a Proof of Value/Concept, Yellow Brick Road (YBR), customer demos or leading-edge engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction

Support the project management process and resolving technical problems as they arise

Develop and own unique IP and methodology in deploying Identity solutions and running them.

Support Business Development - Assist and contribute to responding to tenders, developing proposals, and managing the business process. Interact with other leaders in Versent to complement our Identity offerings with Cloud and Security.

Develop practice collateral to streamline project delivery and quality through proven/reusable domain delivery practices and methods.
Core Technical Knowledge:
-
5+ years working experience in Identity and Access Management (SSO, Federation, Multi-Factor, Governance, PAM, B2B, CIAM), including design, implementation, and management of such solutions.

Strong understanding of Identity technologies and protocols (SAML, OAuth, JWT, OpenID, Connect, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, KERBEROS)

Strong understanding of OAuth extension protocols (PKCE, RAR, PAR, DPoP, Token Binding, FAPI)
-
Knowledge of API Gateways/Reverse Proxies
-
Strong understanding of at least two of the leading technologies, such as Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity\ForgeRock, CyberArk, Okta.
Skills & Experience Required
-
High level of technical and analytical knowledge in the relevant domain and proven experience in engineering and software architecture design

Experience in a customer-facing, sales-aligned role such as consultant, solutions engineer or solutions architect

Experience is creating and executing strategies, covering IGA, AM and PAM
-
Assisting with proposals in Business Development

Experience in giving presentations to clients and running workshops
